Competitors who took part in the recent 2011 Andrew Parker Memorial Ramsey Glass Fishing Match at Abbots Ripton Lakes.

Ramsey Mayor and Ramsey Glass Ltd present new door to Ramsey Pre-School Playgroup

Partnership working between Ramsey Mayor Pat Taylor, Ramsey Glass Ltd and a generous benefactor has led to the installation of a new door at Ramsey Pre-School Playgroup. The playgroup was desperate for a new door and Mayor Pat Taylor knew just how to help. The winner of a raffle she had organised to raise money for the East Anglian Air Ambulance wanted to donate his top prize of a voucher from Ramsey Glass to a worthy cause. “I had spent a number of weeks exploring the possibility of a number of recipients and then discovered that the playgroup needed a new door. I contacted Ramsey Glass to see if they could help out. It has meant that we have been able to help two worthy causes,” Mrs Taylor said. Ramsey Glass Director Collette Parker said: “We have a commitment to the community we serve with the products and service we provide and we are very pleased to help those in need.”

Ramsey Glass becomes friend of Abbey College Concert Band

Director Collette Parker said we are pleased to annouce that Ramsey Glass Ltd has become a friend of the Abbey College Concert Band in Ramsey.

Andrew Parker Memorial Football Match and Family Fun Day

In memory of Ramsey Glass' founder, this event raised money for the Child Bereavement Charity. It took place in August, 2010, at St Ives Football Club.

Summer Concert at the Abbey

In aid of MacMillan Cancer Support. The event was staged by Ramsey Choral Society in July, 2010.

All Aboard!

Ramsey Glass sponsored the Whittlesey Street Pride volunteers' boat full of flowers "The Spirit of Whittlesey", attractively positioned on the side of the road on the outskirts of the town.

Ramsey Glass helps to sponsor Ramsey Town Football Club and gave a donation to Mesothelioma UK. A customer who suffers from the disease raised awareness about the charity with a sponsored parachute jump and Ramsey Glass were pleased to be able to support him.
